A day in Rincón with VIEWPR
VIEWPR is a platform that showcases Puerto Rico's food, culture, and natural resources by sharing experiences, helping local businesses, and highlighting the island's uniqueness.
It is a nonprofit effort promoted by the Foundation for Puerto Rico, which seeks to attract more visitors to the island and extend their stay by sharing new and reliable information with travel platforms around the world.
It all starts with me wanting to be part of a group of ambassadors who went on adventures around the island creating content while some platform made it reach to other people.
Within my research I came across the Foundation For Puerto Rico page where they were looking for talents for their new project back in 2018. When I submitted all the documentation for evaluation, it was given to me! Not only that, but I was the first ambassador of the project and with whom they released their first video on the platform.
Honestly, it was the first time that I participated in a project of this category and even more so as a talent in front of cameras. Everything you can see in the video was improvised and took a whole day of production in the town of Rincón, Puerto Rico. Visiting different restaurants and tourist attractions. [some restaurants are not currently operating]
Honestly, being in front of cameras or improvising is not one of my strength, I perform better behind cameras. But I take very well the opportunities that they offer me and without a doubt there is always a perfect moment to continue learning and improving even when you know that none of that is your strong point.
Un dia en Rincón con VIEWPR
VIEWPR es una plataforma que muestra la comida, la cultura y los recursos naturales de Puerto Rico al compartir experiencias, ayudar a las empresas locales y resaltar la singularidad de la isla.
Es un esfuerzo sin fines de lucro impulsado por Foundation for Puerto Rico, que busca atraer más visitantes a la isla y extender su estadía compartiendo información nueva y confiable con plataformas de viaje en todo el mundo. el mundo.
Todo comienza en yo querer formar parte de un grupo de embajadores que fueran de aventuras alrededor de la isla creando contenido mientras que alguna plataforma lo hiciera llegar a demás personas.
Dentro de mi investigación me cruzé con la página de Foundation For Puerto Rico donde buscaban talentos para su nuevo proyecto en el 2018. Al someter toda la documentación para evaluación, ¡se me dio! No tan solo eso, sinó que fuí la primera embajadora del proyecto y con quienes lanzaron su primer video conmigo en la plataforma.
Honestamente, era la primera vez que participaba en un proyecto de esa categoría y aún más como un talento frente a camaras. Todo lo que puedes apreciar en el video fue improvisado y tomo todo un día de producción en el pueblo de Rincón. Visitando diferentes restaurantes y atracciones turísticas. [algunos restaurantes ya no se encuentran operando actualmente]
Estar frente a camaras o improvisar honestamente no es mi fuerte, me desempeño mejor tras vestidores. Pero tomo muy bien las oportunidades que me brindan y sin duda siempre existe el momento perfecto para seguir aprendiendo y mejorando aún cuando sabes que nada de eso sea tu fuerte.
